The expansion of our training gateway has continued this month with the addition of a new online lesson. The new topic is "Moving towards Self-Sufficiency: Subsidies and Profitability Planning" for microfinance institutions and builds on the existing suite. We have also added a second self study guide on "Accounting" for financial institutions, which contains six lessons and solutions to all the exercises.

We are also excited about our latest development that will enable you to watch some of our featured videos from within the RFLC. Our pilot film is "The Luminous Link" produced by NABARD, which describes the highly successful self-help group - bank linkage model in India. We are actively improving the Spanish and French language content of the site and hope to have the online lessons and study guides translated soon.
